With a BS in microbiology, Marcus is the acting QA Flow Mentor for Insulin production at Eli Lilly.  His passion for community impact has resulted in his participation in many ventures that range from Cub Scout leader to board service for the city of Indianapolis.   In 2011 Marcus founded Flight1, where his entrepreneurial mindset has had the chance to refine the 10+ years of nonprofit management experience.    Marcus is a licensed Private Pilot: Single Engine Land- Single Engine Sea, as well as Instrument Rated with a tail dragger endorsement.
