Bruce Kidd is the Founder and President of the Kidd Consulting Group, a business advisory firm designed to assist the management teams of privately held companies with finding solutions to their business challenges and needs. Bruce strives to be a Servant Leader in business and his personal life – always looking for ways to help others before himself. He has more than 30 years of experience advising hundreds of privately held companies and executives. Bruce serves on several Boards of Directors and is also the founder of Concerts for a Cause. Concerts for a Cause’s mission is to support Indianapolis-area non-profits and ultimately the Hoosier kids, adults, and families in need that they serve. Prior to launching The Kidd Consulting Group, Bruce held various leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Walker Information, Vice President at Mesirow Financial, and a Founding Partner of Concord Partners. He created Indiana’s first Angel Investor Network and was the Director of Entrepreneurship under Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels where he served as the Managing Director of the 21st Century Fund. That early stage fund was designed to serve as a catalyst for entrepreneurial startups and ultimately high wage job creation. During his three years of leadership, the 21st Century fund invested $80 Million in 63 high-tech new ventures across the state. Bruce has been married for 41 years to Chris Cooper and they have three adult kids and five (soon to be seven) grandkids, and two Italian Mastiffs.
