Join us tomorrow, November 2nd, at Black Swan Brewpub for the tapping of a unique beer in support of Flight1. The beer has been named Flight1 Hoppy Wheat. This is a wheat beer that has a very strong citrus aroma with malt character.
Besides the flavor, the best thing about this beer is that 100% of the proceeds go towards funding the Flight1 program. Further, Black Swan Brewpub will make a matching donation up to $1,000 through November 8th. So, come and join us and enjoy a pint! Available on November 2 until supplies last.

The owner of the original recipe is Danny Harris. Danny is an experienced home brewer who entered his beer in the Flight1 home brew/ beer tasting event hosted and sponsored by Black Swan Brew Pub and FSA Advisors on August 1st.
From a group of 20+ brewers, Danny’s beer was selected as the favorite from the 100+ tasters who were in attendance.
His prize for winning was the opportunity to brew his recipe at full scale on the Black Swan system. After many weeks of searching for custom ingredients and scaling the brewing calculations, the resulting beer was Flight1 Hoppy Wheat.
